Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited, one-of-a-kind, and rotating nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • preference or expectation

  • delayed delivery by the carrier

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.


Size Exchanges (If Available)

If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer a size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on size availability

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not offer refunds if the requested size is unavailable

Only one exchange per order is permitted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.


Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.
However, we will assist with carrier claims when possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • worn or used items

  • items damaged after delivery

  • clearance or final sale items
