Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because many of our items are limited-quantity or one-of-one, additional processing time may be required during high-volume periods.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship from the United States.
We may offer domestic and international shipping depending on the destination and product availability.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Out-of-Stock & One-of-One Items
Many of our products are limited runs or one-of-a-kind.
Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim when possible.
